What does the word “litigation” mean?
It is the process of taking a Civil lawsuit (legal dispute) to Court. Our Firm attends to general litigation in the Magistrate Court and High Court, which includes but is not limited to: All general litigation relating to contractual and lease disputes, enforcement of Agreements and damages caused by breach of provisions in Agreements, Matrimonial and Family Law litigation, including divorce and interim maintenance relief, custody and maintenance matters, Insurance Law related disputes and claims, Personal injury and delictual claims for losses and damages suffered, Business Rescue matters, Debt Collections.
We furthermore assist other Attorney Firms as Correspondents in the judicial capital of South Africa and we have a dedicated department with Supreme Court of Appeal matters as primary focus.
